I called John of Top Hat Computers to come to my house because I was getting a new laptop. I needed someone who knew what they were doing to transfer all my files from my old desktop to my new laptop. I work from home with a fair amount of work on the computer and I use Outlook for my email organization. I have many emails that I consistently keep "live" to use when I am training new people. I was very afraid that I would lose these emails in the transfer of computers and would possibly have to spend hours re-emailing them to myself to get them on my new computer. John transferred these emails to my new laptop, along with all of my "sent" emails which I use at different times, and most importantly all of my email addresses. He did it with ease in good time, causing me very little loss of work time.

He also made sure that my computer "spoke" to my new wireless printer, along with some other computers in the house. He did a top of the line scan on our old computers to make sure they were cleaned up and contained no viruses.

I was very impressed with John's knowledge and the time he spent making sure everything was the way I wanted it before he was done. He then followed up with me by phone a few times to make sure that things continued to run smoothly for me. I highly recommend him for any computer work.
